we created the tread house run club with one simple belief — movement is medicine, + community makes it powerful.

this isn’t just about logging miles. this is about chasing freedom with every stride. it’s about the sound of feet hitting the pavement in rhythm with your breath, the sunrise stretching over your shoulder, the quiet solidarity of a group that shows up for themselves + for each other.

whether you’re a seasoned racer or someone who’s never called yourself a runner before — you belong here. this is your invitation to take up space, at your own pace. no comparison, no pressure. just movement, momentum + the magic that happens when people meet in the middle of effort + joy.

sundays are our standing date with the road — the kind of mornings that start with a warm-up but end with laughter, sweaty high fives + sometimes even a coffee stop. it’s where friendships form mid-stride, where strangers become teammates, + where we remember that movement connects us all — no matter our pace, background, or goal.
