Alternating muscle group focus to ensure your body gets a balanced workout + proper time to recover. Choose a class that best fits your training needs + schedule! All classes are 1 hour.


MONDAY

Chest & Triceps
Rocky one-arm push-up? This class will get you there.

 

TUESDAY

Lower Body
You know the drill – it’s leg day. Quads, hamstrings, booty, all the way down to the ankles. It’s lit.

 

WEDNESDAY

Back & Biceps
A strong back will improve your posture, reduce aches + pains, + increase overall body strength. Plus, everyone loves big biceps.

 



THURSDAY

Ass + Abs
A strong core is a strong body! Plus, that badonk aint gon build itself - buckle up, this class is guaranteed to leave a sweet biscuit burn.

 

FRIDAY

F*ck it Up Friday
Everyone loves a solid full-body Friday! Let’s head into the weekend feeling strong AF.

 

SATURDAY

Full Body Saturday Remix
Missed one of our signature weekday classes? No biggie, that’s why we have Saturdays! This class will hit all major muscle groups + leave you feeling like a rock star.

  • Sunday’s at Tread House are dedicated to providing you with the ultimate Foundational Vinyasa Flow.

    Yoga will take place every Sunday at 9:30 am!

    What is Foundational Vinyasa Flow?

    You will experience and learn the key positions and alignment of the most important Yoga Postures to build your practice. Lengthen & strengthen muscles, enhance your flexibility, sharpen your focus and find your balance.

    Whether you are an experienced yogi or a very tight runner - this practice is for you!
