Lower Body
You know the drill – it’s leg day. Quads, hamstrings, booty, all the way down to the ankles. It’s lit.
WEDNESDAY
Back & Biceps
A strong back will improve your posture, reduce aches + pains, + increase overall body strength. Plus, everyone loves big biceps.

Ass + Abs
A strong core is a strong body! Plus, that badonk aint gon build itself - buckle up, this class is guaranteed to leave a sweet biscuit burn.

What is Foundational Vinyasa Flow?
You will experience and learn the key positions and alignment of the most important Yoga Postures to build your practice. Lengthen & strengthen muscles, enhance your flexibility, sharpen your focus and find your balance.

this is low-impact, high-intent strength rooted in movement science. not random ab work. not fluff. intelligent sequencing designed to build deep core stability, improve posture, enhance muscular endurance + create balanced strength throughout your body.

meet your instructor: rachel haffner
rachel is a comprehensively trained pilates instructor through balanced body, holds a bs in kinesiology – exercise science from indiana university, is a licensed physical therapist assistant + nasm certified personal trainer.
translation: she knows the body.
she has been teaching pilates since 2018 + brings precise cueing, intentional programming + a deep understanding of biomechanics into every session. her approach is supportive, focused + rooted in progress. she empowers you with the tools + confidence to move better inside tread house + in your daily life.
